Install process: The bead is installed through external drill holes (although with new build properties these will be drilled via the inside prior to the plastering/plasterboard) and all drill holes are made good after installation, but will remain slightly visible. Installed using a low air fed pressurised system, this ensures maximum coverage throughout the walls to avoid thermal bridging/cold spots and the light bonding agent, holds the bead in place to prevent sagging over time.

Surveys: prior to installation, we will need to come and survey your property to check full suitability and provide a quotation. We’ll need to drill a small hole within various sections of the cavity and insert a small camera; to check for damp issues and existing insulation/ blockages. This will also allow us to measure the void depth. All surveys also include a thorough assessment on existing ventilation, any structural concerns, access requirements and you’ll be provided with a full written report for your records.
